I took a quick trip to Colorado where the aspens are in their full, golden glory::



Back in Boston, I'm welcoming in the new season with some new-to-me used boots::

The skinny on this knit: US 10 needles, and 1 skein of Eco wool! Buttons ~ taken from some old, rarely worn projects.
And finally, I celebrated the season a bit early last week with this delicious pumpkin risotto; made with a pumpkin from pop's garden. So easy to make. yum!
