The bag is closed by bringing those tabs up and around the little knobs(I don't know the technical terms. Brads maybe? mom?) This was a lucky ebay find - I found it 4 minutes before the auction ended!

I love the orangina... it's one of those patterns that's always in the back of my mind - I know it'd be be something I'd love to wear - and the black is GORGEOUS.
